We design before we buy, because the bill of materials falls out of the architecture, not the other way round. We architect the SDDC, size the failure domains, and validate the design against your capacity and growth. Every design gets CCIE-level review. You approve the architecture and the bill of materials before anything ships.
We build the fabric, then move workloads as staged cutovers, each with a rollback. Colocation moves and hosting cutovers happen in windows you pick, with the runbook rehearsed first.
Once it's live, you choose: we run it as a managed data centre service, we optimise it on a schedule, or we hand it over with full documentation and train your team to own it. Decommissioning of the old kit is clean and audited.
